We store the documents you create using Cicero Editor. We also collect usage data including feature usage, session duration, and technical information such as browser type, device information, and IP address. This data helps us improve our services and troubleshoot technical issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our services
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Communicate with you about your account and our services
  • Provide customer support
  • Ensure security and prevent fraud or unauthorized access
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do NOT use your documents or content to train AI models. We do NOT share your documents with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit permission.

  • Service Providers: We work with trusted third parties who assist in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing). These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
