Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds after 30 days are at our discretion.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Cicero Editor is a tool to assist legal professionals. It does not constitute legal advice, and users remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of all documents created using our services. Users should exercise professional judgment and review all AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cicero Intelligent Minds, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
